FIFO Storage System for Electronic PCBs
In response to the unique challenges posed by our production process, Infinity Solutions has implemented an efficient FIFO (First-In, First-Out) storage system for Electronic Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). Our aim is to ensure the quality and integrity of these assembled PCBs, particularly in environments where dust accumulation can be a concern.
1.FIFO Storage System for Assembled PCBs
Challenging Dust Accumulation:
This MMT is specifically designed for the safe movement and transition of Aluminum (AL) materials and Semi-Finished Goods. It prioritizes the integrity of the materials while adhering to ESD safety standards.
Manual FIFO System:
To address this challenge, we have installed a manual FIFO system that spans a remarkable 34 meters in length, accommodating a total of 306 bins. This system ensures that the first assembled PCBs are the first to be consumed or used in subsequent manufacturing processes.
