FIFO Storage System
Electronic PCBs once assembled need to get consumed within 48 Hrs to avoid major dust accumulation as production is being done batch wise and also requires huge storage, manual FIFO system of 34 meter was installed for 306 bins.
Natural curing time for FG after potting is 4 hours. Storage system locks FG bins till 4 hours after scanning & releases after 4 hours
