Product required testing of 128 parameters. Automatic tester checks all parameters & displays/records Pass/Fail results for each product

Manual Functional Test Fixture:

Product required testing of 27 parameters. Manual tester checks all parameters & operator records results manually

Motor Unit Test fixture :

L H/RH motor will be mounted on fixture, tester test pins will get connected with motor connectors through pneumatic controls & tester will get the signal to start the test.

ECU Test fixture :

Products will be scanned for ID number and mounted on test fixture, sensor will recognize position and appearance of each product and start testing.
